Sana is shining like a star

...that’s how actress Sana Khan is at the moment, as she awaits eagerly the release of her Aayiram Vilakku.
Sana is shining like a star
They say that a person’s courage and character are put to test only during difficult times. Sana Khan, it seems, has passed that test with flying colours.
The actress, who is super excited about her much talked about next film Aayiram Vilakku that stars Sathyaraj and Shanthnoo, says she will never be able to forget this movie for several reasons.
Stating that she cherished working with the entire unit, she narrates how she, with a little help, managed to salvage a situation that could have easily turned disastrous for her.
“When we were shooting for Aayiram Vilakku in Madurai, my mother suddenly became unwell. I took her to a hospital there and realised that she had suffered a brain hemorrhage. I’m not very familiar with the language and the place was new to me. Somehow, I got her admitted and turned up for shooting the next day. I called my cousins to take care of her and one by one, they started reaching the hospital the next day because there are not too many flights to Madurai. I still can’t forget those days.”
So, how is her mom doing now? “Thankfully, she is alright now. But she will require some more time to recover completely.”
Working in Aayiram Vilakku was a great experience for the actress. “I play a typical Madurai girl. The best part about the character is that she is a social worker and a member of both the Red Cross and the Blue Cross. Through this character, we’ve tried to send out several good social messages to the audience like the need to donate blood,” she discloses.

The actress can’t stopraving about how she enjoyed working with Sathyaraj. She says, “Initially, I was very scared of working with him because he’s so talented and is a legend. When I saw him the first day, I was very nervous because he looked like an angry young man,” she says. Angry is fine, but young man? She laughs, “
Of course, he is young and strong. There’s a scene in the film in which Shanthnoo is on top of Sathyaraj sir and I’m on top of Shanthnoo! He could actually hold our weight and walk for a couple of seconds. I’m proud that I have worked with Sathyaraj sir, because you learn only from the people you are associated with. The same applies for director Hosimin, who has been an assistant of director Shankar. I’ve learnt a lot from all of them,” signs off the actress, content and brimming with joy.
